品飲筆記:雪蘭2020呈深寶石紅色,香氣濃郁,以黑莓、黑櫻桃和熟果為主軸,並伴隨黑巧克力、濃縮咖啡和烤榛果的細膩香氣,尾段有薄荷與香料的清爽提點。口感豐滿而層次分明,果味飽滿圓潤,單寧細緻但有力,酸度帶出清晰的線條與礦感,收結長且回味悠遠。 酒莊與田間:雪蘭莊園強調平衡,致力在柔和單寧、濃郁果實與持久清新感之間取得和諧。葡萄園位於河川沖積的細沙礫層上,最高台地可達約12公尺,排水良好且礫質土壤有助於果實成熟與風味集中。園內採可持續耕作,部分地塊試行有機管理,保留草皮與翻耕以維持土壤活力。 釀造與陳釀:人工分箱採收並在檢果台仔細挑選。釀造時採分地塊入池,發酵溫度控制約26°C,視批次採用泵淋或放萃方式,浸皮延長18–24天以提取結構與風味;部分葡萄酒在橡木桶中完成乳酸發酵。陳年12–14個月,使用法國橡木桶,約35%新桶,賦予香草與香料的細節。 飲用建議:此酒結構紮實、單寧細緻且層次豐富,年輕飲用需醒酒一小時以舒展香氣;更長時間陳年會展現迷人變化。搭配烤牛排、燒烤肋排或熟成硬質乳酪,口感會更有張力。總體來說,既適合當下小心打開,也適合收藏等待愈陳愈佳的發展。

Tasting note: Deep ruby with purple hues, this 2020 exudes concentrated dark fruit — blackcurrant, black cherry and prune — layered with notes of espresso, dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut and a cool minty lift. The palate is generous and layered: creamy ripe fruit sits alongside refined, grainy tannins and a refreshing mineral streak that keeps the wine focused. Oak spice and subtle floral and herbal nuances weave through a long, persistent finish. Producer notes: Château Siran seeks balance between fruit intensity, supple tannins and persistent freshness. This vintage reflects the estate’s identity with an elevated spicy character and strong ageing potential. The property practices sustainable viticulture and is experimenting with organic approaches on several parcels. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Winemaking uses intra-plot selection with alcoholic fermentation around 26°C, pump-overs and extended maceration (18–24 days) at 23–32°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed partly in barrel. Ageing lasts 12–14 months in French oak, 35% new, which contributes to the wine’s structure and spice profile. Vineyard notes: Soils are old covered alluvium with fine siliceous gravel on outcrops up to 12 metres elevation, providing good drainage and moderating ripeness. Sustainable tillage and grass cover are employed across parcels to preserve terroir expression. Cellaring & service: With considerable structure and acidity, this 2020 can be enjoyed after brief cellaring but will reward patience over decades. Decant for about 60 minutes if drinking now. Serve at 16–18°C.
