品飲筆記:先是花香撲鼻,像洋甘菊、庭園小花與金盞花,接著是青蘋果與蜜桃的清爽果味,香草與餅乾麥香緊緊相隨。入口圓潤,奶油狀的麥香與麥芽巧克力感,帶著些許草本清新與柔和辛香,尾韻溫暖而不厚重。酒莊與產區:由 Ichiro Akuto 創立的秩父酒廠(Chichibu)注重小批次蒸餾與精細調配,將日本風土的冷暖季節變化與嚴選穀物結合,釀出清晰、有層次的酒款。釀造與熟成:這款世界調和以日本麥芽與外國原酒交織,多種酒桶帶來香草、烘烤穀物與細緻辛香,酒精度保持在偏溫和的區間以保留香氣。口感建議:建議先在杯中靜置十至二十分鐘,或加幾滴水讓花果與香草更明亮。搭配建議:煙燻魚、炭烤串燒、熟成奶酪或一塊苦甜巧克力,都是很棒的配對。

Tasting note: Delicate floral aromatics—chamomile, gardenia and marigold—open onto orchard fruits of peach and crisp green apple, wrapped in vanilla and biscuity cereal. The palate is elegant and creamy with malted-milk/biscuit textures, fresh herb lift and a gentle spice that fades to warm chocolate and lingering grain. Producer notes: Conceived by Ichiro Akuto of Chichibu, this World Blend brings together Japanese and selected global malts and grains to create a balanced, accessible whisky that rewards both neat sipping and a dash of water. Distillation and maturation: Components are drawn from small-batch Japanese distillation alongside international spirits, matured in a variety of casks to layer cereal sweetness, vanilla oak and light spice. The blend’s moderate ABV (46–48.5%) preserves aromatic detail while giving enough structure for texture. Vineyard/field notes: Made where cool seasonal variation supports measured maturation—Chichibu’s climate and careful ingredient sourcing (local and imported grains) shape a whisky with clarity and finesse. Serving: Best enjoyed after 10–20 minutes in the glass; add a few drops of water if you want to open floral and orchard-fruit notes. Pair with smoked fish, grilled meats, creamy cheeses or dark chocolate.
