The 2018 Louis Jadot Echezeaux Grand Cru is a masterful expression of the esteemed Cote de Nuits terroir. This wine captivates with its complex bouquet of cherry, raspberry, and earthy undertones, complemented by hints of spice and oak. Crafted by the skilled hands of winemaker Frédéric Barnier, the wine undergoes meticulous hand-harvesting and sorting, followed by a traditional fermentation process in open vats. The aging process in French oak barrels, a third of which are new, imparts a refined structure and depth.
