The 2018 William Fevre 'Chacai' Mountain Cabernet from Maipo Valley, Chile, is a prestigious red wine crafted from a privileged terroir at over 1,000 meters altitude at the foot of the Andes. This Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc offers a firm structure with delicate herbal notes. The unique vineyard location, combining stony soils of the Andes with alluvial soils of the Maipo River, along with cool night temperatures and late sun exposure, results in a wine with deep ruby color and violet reflections.
