The 2019 Le Vieux Donjon Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a symphony of vibrant citrus and succulent stone fruits. A bright lime pith note pierces through the luscious white peach, green plum, and yellow apple profile, while whispers of light brioche and heather add complexity to the finish. This organic wine, with equal shares of Roussanne and Clairette, is best enjoyed now through 2022. With only 250 cases produced and 60 imported, it's a rare gem from the Rhone region.
