The 2016 Bourgogne Chardonnay, reduced to 15 hectolitres this vintage, has a lifted bouquet with fresh lime and dandelion scents, a little more reserved than I was expecting yet still full of freshness. The palate is fresh on the entry with light spicy/lemongrass notes on the entry, good weight in the mouth with a brisk, tensile finish. Enjoy this over the next 2 or 3 years.
