這款尚卡內一級香氣優雅,先是柑橘花與青蘋果的清新,接著溫柔的白桃與烘烤杏仁香浮現,伴隨奶油感與礦物鹹韻。口感上質地滑順,中段有細膩的乳酪般厚度(來自瓶前留泥與輕柔攪桶),卻又保有清爽的酸度與結構,收尾乾淨而悠長。酒莊Pernot-Belicard以小產量、重視園地表現聞名:尚卡內地塊土壤以石灰與粘土為主,排水良好、日照充足,採用溫和壓榨、在法國橡木桶(含部分新桶)中發酵並置於泥渣上熟成,控制新桶比例以免蓋過礦質與果味,呈現典型的勃艮第一級風範。建議稍微醒30分鐘,更能打開香氣;配海鮮或烤白肉特別對味。
Elegant Premier Cru from Champ Canet offering a luminous bouquet of citrus blossom, green apple and white peach, threaded with toasted almond, gentle vanilla and a flinty mineral streak. On the palate it balances creamy mid-palate texture—derived from lees contact and careful oak integration—with bright, precise acidity and a saline, lingering finish. Pernot-Belicard brings restrained power and finesse: grapes from limestone-rich, well-drained slopes were gently pressed, fermented in French oak (with a portion of new oak) and matured on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage to build weight without losing clarity. Drinking window 2025–2032; decant lightly to open aromatics.
