香港本地派送 Hong Kong Local Delivery 

  • 凡購物滿 港幣$1,200即可享免費送貨服務至市區的單一地點 (包括工、商廈及住宅)。否則將收取額外運費。
  • 送貨至香港國際機場、馬灣、東涌、愉景灣及赤鱲角地區將額外收取港幣$200
  • 送貨服務不包括離島; 東涌,馬灣 及 愉景灣 除外。
  • 其他偏遠地區有機會需要收取額外費用,詳情請聯絡我們查詢。
  • 如客人提供之地址有誤,帝醇酒莊有權收取額外運費或取消閣下的訂單。
  • We offer free delivery per location to Hong Kong urban area for minimum order amount at HK$1,200. Otherwise, additional charges might apply.
  • Extra HK$200 transportation fee will be charged to HK Int'l Airport, MaWan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Chek Lap Kok area. 
  • Delivery service do not include outlying islands, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay.
  • Additional charges might apply for deliveries to outlying islands and remote areas, please contact for details.
  • Please note there could be additional charges if customer has provided incorrect shipping address. King's Wine Cellar also reserves the right for order cancellations.

澳門派送 Macau Delivery

  • 凡購物滿 港幣 $2,300 即可享免費送貨服務至澳門的單一地點 。否則將收取額外運費HK $200
  • 不包運送烈酒及任何酒精度高於30%之產品
  • 送酒店之訂單需額外收取 HK$150
  • 帝醇酒莊不負責任何應繳稅項 (如適用)
  • 如客人提供之地址有誤,帝醇酒莊有權收取額外運費或取消閣下的訂單。
  • We offer free delivery per location to Macau for minimum order amount at HK$2,300. Otherwise, HK$200 might apply.
  •  Any products ABV above 30% will not be delivery 
  • For the hotel orders, an extra charge HK$150 apply
  • King's Wine Cellar is not responsible for any payable tax (If applicable)
  • Please note there could be additional charges if customer has provided incorrect shipping address. King's Wine Cellar also reserves the right for order cancellations.

 

送貨服務細節

  • 確認訂單後將於3個工作天內送貨。偏遠地區有可能需額外時間安排。
  • 客人收到貨品後應盡快檢查該貨品是否有損毀情況,包括所有玻璃物品及酒具。如有損毀或問題,客戶應於兩個工作天內通知本公司以作查驗及安排退換 (如適用)。逾時通知公司有權拒絕安排更換或退貨。
  • 送貨服務包括餐廳、酒店、宴會場地、物流中心等,但貨品被簽收後本公司不承擔任何損失或遺失的責任,敬請見諒。
  • 在任何情況下,定價每瓶HK $ 1,000或以上,和/或酒齡10年或更老的葡萄酒均不設退換。
  • 如中、英文兩個版本的條款有任何歧義,應以英文版本為準。
  • 關於送貨服務而引起的任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權利。

 

Details for delivery service

  • Delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation. Delivery for remote areas might need extra scheduling time.
  • Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be faulty, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days for examination and return arrangement if applicable. No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery. Company have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery has been signed / collected. 
  • If wines are to deliver to hotels / restaurants / event venues / logistic warehouses, company is not responsible for damages or loss after the delivery has been signed. 
  • In no event will wines priced (HK$ listed price) at HK$1,000 / bottle or more, and / or aged 10 years or older be returned or exchanged.
  • Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by this delivery policy
