Love Over Gold 位於南澳洲伊甸谷與巴羅莎谷交界的門格勒山，葡萄園海拔約 465 至 545 米，坐擁一片約 130 英畝（約 53 公頃）的 Barr-Eden Estate。這片土地曾是 19 世紀的歷史金礦區；創辦團隊選擇在金礦舊址栽種老藤，以「對葡萄酒與風土的熱愛勝過對黃金的追逐」定義酒莊精神。
Love Over Gold is based on Mengler’s Hill, where the Eden Valley and Barossa Valley meet in South Australia. Its Barr-Eden Estate spans approximately 130 acres, or 53 hectares, at elevations of around 465 to 545 metres. Once part of a historic 19th-century goldfield, the property now carries a different kind of value: a devotion to old vines, fine wine, and the character of the land above the pursuit of gold.
古老地質與乾耕老藤 / Ancient Geology and Dry-Grown Vines
酒莊葡萄園坐落於高海拔、冷涼而開闊的山地環境，擁有較長的成熟期與鮮明酸度。古老片岩、頁岩及灰瓦岩基岩，配合石英與鐵礦石土壤，為葡萄酒帶來深沉礦物感、石墨氣息與堅實骨架。老藤不依賴人工灌溉，透過深根汲取地下水分，低產量換來更集中的果味與風土表現。
The elevated, cool mountain setting provides a long ripening season and naturally vibrant acidity. Ancient schist, shale, and greywacke bedrock, together with quartz and ironstone soils, give the wines a distinctive mineral, graphite-like character and firm structure. The old vines are dry-grown rather than artificially irrigated, relying on deep roots and naturally low yields to concentrate fruit and site expression.

Love Over Gold 堅持小批量精品釀造，以人工採收、嚴格選果及精細去梗保存果實純度，再結合大型水泥發酵槽與法國橡木桶熟成，在鮮活果香、細緻香料與結構之間取得平衡。旗下酒款由日常風格的 Avenue to Gold，到老藤旗艦作品及 Grenache、Mourvèdre、Shiraz 混釀，展現 Barr-Eden Estate 的不同面貌。
Love Over Gold works on a focused, small-scale basis. Hand harvesting, careful sorting, and precise destemming protect the purity of the fruit, while concrete fermentation vats and selected French oak support a balance of freshness, spice, and structure. From the approachable Avenue to Gold range to old-vine flagship wines and Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Shiraz cuvées, the collection reveals the many dimensions of Barr-Eden Estate.
