Return & Refund Policy

退款換貨政策及相關條款

  • 訂單及款項確認後,將在3個工作日內安排送貨。
  • 客戶應在收貨時檢查所有物品,如有任何損壞和/或缺陷,應立即通知本公司。如發現葡萄酒有任何問題 (如滲漏或變質),客戶必須連同相片或影片,並在2個工作日內通知公司,以進行檢查和退貨安排(如適用)。發貨後超過兩個工作日的投訴將不受理。
  • 如果本公司同意更換產品,但所要求更換之貨品已經售罄,相關款項將會全數退回給客戶。
  • 在任何情況下,定價每瓶HK $ 1,000或以上,和/或酒齡10年或更老的葡萄酒均不設退換。
  • 除非是貨品品質出現問題,否則不接受顧客因購買錯誤產品、購買已使用推廣優惠產品或其他個人因素為訂單而進行退款。
  • 顧客強烈要求為訂單進行退款,本公司將會收取相對應的退款手續費用。
  • 如中、英文兩個版本的條款有任何歧義,應以英文版本為準。
  • 關於退款或換貨而引起的任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權利。

 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation. 
  • Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be faulty, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days, with photos or videos as reference for examination. (Return arrangement if applicable.) No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery.
  • If wines to be exchanged have been sold out, company would return the paid amount back to customer
  • In no event will wines priced (HK$ listed price) at HK$1,000 / bottle or more, and / or aged 10 years or older be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchase order made by any customer cannot be refunded under the conditions of check out with incorrect product, promotional product or other personal reason from the customer.
  • If customer strongly request for the refund of purchase order, service charge will be paid by customer to King's Wine Cellar.
  • In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
  • Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by return and refund policy.
