Terms and Conditions:
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must confirm yourself has reached 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed.
Price & Payment
- All priced listed in our online store are in Hong Kong dollars and we accept credit cards only.
- Prices may be different in online store and retail shops for the same products. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our online store as at the date of purchase.
- Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion.
- We use third party payment service to process the online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that we and our designated payment service provider will collect and process your credit card information and to its terms and conditions.
Store Pick-Up & Delivery
- When you place an order in the online store, you can collect your ordered goods at any of our retail shops or request delivery to the designed location.
- If you want pick up your purchased item(s) at the retail shops, you receive a confirmation email from us when your ordered goods are available at the selected retail store. Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected retail store within 3 working days from the designated date of collection during the specified business hours of that store. Otherwise, we reserve the right to transfer such goods to our warehouse for storage and charge you storage fees. In such case, you are required to settle any outstanding fees before you can collect your order.
- We offer free delivery per location to Hong Kong urban area for minimum order amount at $HK1,200. Otherwise, extra charges will be added.
- Extra HK$200 transportation fee will be charged to HK Int'l Airport, MaWan, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok area.
- Delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation.
Refund & Return Policy
- Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be faulty, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days for examination and return arrangement if applicable. No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery.
- In no event will wines priced (HK$ listed price) at HK$1,000 / bottle or more, and / or aged 10 years or older be returned or exchanged.
- Purchase order made by any customer cannot be refunded under the conditions of check out with incorrect product, promotional product or other personal reason from the customer.
- If customer strongly request for the refund of purchase order, service charge will be paid by customer to King's Wine Cellar.
- Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by this promotion.
