Deep, concentrated and classically built, this estate bottling shows layers of black fruit, plum and blackberry lifted by smoky spice and vanilla from extensive oak ageing. Producer notes highlight seven exceptional terroirs on both Côte Blonde and Côte Brune; vines are old and parcels selected for power and finesse. Fermentation was temperature-controlled in closed stainless tanks with a long four-week maceration; the wine then spent 38 months in new French oak, resulting in solid tannic structure and polished, toasty oak integration. Expect a muscular, ageworthy wine with a dense palate, ripe dark fruit, savory/meaty notes and a long, polished finish. Decant for 1–2 hours if drinking now; will cellar well through the 2030s.
