品飲筆記:這款氣泡酒氣泡細緻、活潑,前調是檸檬皮與青蘋果的清新果香,接著帶出些許白花與烘烤麵包的香氣,尾段則有礦石和鹹感,口中酸度俐落,與奶油般的澱粉接觸感形成平衡,餘韻乾淨不拖泥帶水。

酒莊小誌:出自Gros家族的小莊園,做法傳統卻不矯飾,重視手工採收和分地塊處理,追求線條分明、風土感明確的酒款。

釀造工藝:採用瓶中二次發酵(傳統法),在澱粉上長時間熟成以帶來烘烤、奶油般的口感,但劑量屬Brut偏乾,讓果酸和礦感更突出。

葡萄園與風土:來自勃根地涼爽坡地,土壤以石灰質為主,利於保留高酸與礦物感,田間管理以小產量與精細採收為主,讓果實風味集中而不失清爽。

推薦喝法:冰鎮後直接飲用風味最佳,適合搭配蟹、龍蝦、鮮蝦或淡味奶酪,亦是開胃酒的不二之選。


Tasting note: Bright and lively, this Cremant presents a fine, persistent mousse with aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers, followed by toasty brioche and subtle wet-stone minerality. On the palate it is crisp and focused — citrus-driven with creamy lees influence and a clean, saline finish.

Producer notes: From the Gros family estate, this bottle reflects a hands-on, Burgundian approach. Produced in small parcels and made in the traditional method, it shows the house’s restraint and attention to balance.

Winemaking: Secondary fermentation in bottle (traditional method) with extended lees contact gives fine autolytic notes and a round mouthfeel. Dosage is Brut, keeping the wine dry and precise.

Vineyard: Sourced from Burgundian vineyards that favour cool-climate freshness and mineral-driven soils. Vineyards are managed with a focus on ripeness balance and careful harvesting to preserve bright acidity.

Serve well chilled as an elegant aperitif or alongside shellfish and light starters. Ideal for those who appreciate a classic, terroir-driven sparkling wine with refined texture and clarity.
