Château L’If 是 Jacques Thienpont 於 2010 年在聖愛美濃高原購入的精品酒莊。Jacques 以波美侯的 Le Pin 聞名，而「L’If」意指紫杉，與 Le Pin 的樹木意象互相呼應；這亦讓 Thienpont 家族重返與其早年歷史深有淵源的聖愛美濃。
Château L’If is the Saint-Émilion estate acquired by Jacques Thienpont in 2010. Jacques is renowned for Pomerol’s Le Pin, and the name L’If—French for yew—echoes Le Pin’s tree motif while marking the Thienpont family’s return to a region closely connected to its early history.
石灰岩上的微釀 / Boutique Terroir
酒莊位處聖愛美濃高原，擁有約 8 公頃黏土與石灰質黏土風土。現時葡萄園以 75% 梅洛及 25% 卡本內弗朗為主；細小規模讓每個年份都能以精準而專注的方式呈現。酒風通常兼具深色果實、香料、清新感與細緻的粉筆礦物感。
On the Saint-Émilion plateau, the eight-hectare vineyard combines clay and clay-limestone soils. It is currently planted to 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc; the small scale supports a focused, precise expression in every vintage. The style brings together dark fruit, spice, freshness, and fine chalky mineral detail.
