聞香：深沉而迷人的香氣，黑櫻桃、黑莓與成熟梅果先行，隨之而來的是松露、甘草與一抹煙燻氣息。口感層次豐富，果實甜度與礦物感交織，香草與黑巧克力的尾韻帶出溫柔的橡木香。單寧細緻如絲、結構緊緻且回味悠長。
酒莊背景：紫杉莊園由 Jacques Thienpont 重新回到聖艾美濃，位處名莊環伺之地，這款酒延續家族對右岸風格的理解：優雅而有力。
釀造工序：酒液在橡木桶中熟成約12–16個月（50%新桶、50%二桶），以保留香氣與細緻口感為核心。使用傳統軟木塞封口，兼顧陳年潛力與風味表現。
葡萄園與風土：位於聖艾美濃 AOC，約8公頃的園地坐落於黏土與黏土-石灰岩土壤，賦予酒體結構與清爽礦感。建議飲用前醒酒約一小時，溫度控制在16–18°C，最適合搭配燒烤或紅燒的肉類及熟成乳酪。

Tasting Note: Deep, perfumed aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum lead into savoury notes of truffle, licorice and a hint of tar. Secondary layers of vanilla, dark chocolate and subtle nougat unfold with a bright thread of citrus zest and minerality. On the palate it is plush and focused with glossy, fine-grained tannins and a tightly wound mid-palate that opens to a long, precise finish.
Producer Notes: Jacques Thienpont’s recent acquisition restored a family link to Saint-Emilion, situating the estate among prestigious neighbours. The release reflects that sense of place – confident, classic and refined.
Winemaking Notes: Aged 12–16 months in oak (50% new, 50% second-fill) with careful élevage to preserve perfume and texture; finished with a traditional cork closure. The balance of oak and ripe fruit yields a polished, age-worthy wine.
Vineyard Notes: AOC Saint-Emilion; estate surface around eight hectares on clay and limestone-clay soils that give structure and mineral lift. Drink window runs broadly from early maturity into long-term cellaring.
Service: Best decanted about 60 minutes if drinking in the near term. Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with robust roasted or braised meats, game, and mature cheeses.
