品飲筆記:這款2017年旭金堡呈現明亮金黃,香氣以蜜餞杏、橙皮果醬、檸檬凝乳及橙花為主,隨之帶出香草、烘烤堅果與少許薑餅香。入口質地濃稠飽滿,甜度豐厚但被活潑的酸度牽引,口感綿密層次分明,餘韻長且帶蜂蜜與焦糖的溫柔回甘。
生產與釀造:作為1855年列級酒莊,酒莊手工精選園內優良地塊,採取三採份選收穫以追蹤貴腐發展。酒液在橡木桶中發酵與熟成,18個月的陳年中一半使用新桶,一半為一年前的桶子,賦予香草與細緻木質感。
葡萄園與年份印記:園地以沙質與碎礫為主,2017年屬於偏暖乾燥的年份,春季有局部霜害但夏末與九月初降雨助長了貴腐菌的形成。田間細心分批採收讓果實濃縮成熟,成就這支結構穩健、適合長期陳放的甜酒。建議微醒或稍微回溫後飲用,與鵝肝、藍紋起司或果派一同分享最合拍。


Tasting note: A luminous golden Sauternes showing intense botrytis-driven aromas of honeyed apricot, orange marmalade, lemon curd and orange blossom, then warming into vanilla, toasted nuts and a touch of gingerbread. On the palate it is richly viscous and concentrated yet kept lively by bright acidity — lush, layered and impeccably balanced with a long, honeyed finish.
Producer notes: Château Suduiraut, a Premier Cru classé of 1855, selects fruit from its finest terroirs and crafts the wine by hand at every stage. The 2017 reveals remarkable complexity and a sunny golden colour that will deepen to amber with age; it combines fruit and floral notes with roasted and candied nuances and offers an extensive lifespan.
Winemaking notes: Grapes were picked selectively over three passes (26 Sept–19 Oct) to follow the progression of botrytis. Vinification took place in barrels, followed by 18 months ageing with 50% in new oak and 50% in one‑vintage barrels, lending spice, texture and a creamy oak frame to the wine.
Vineyard notes & vintage: Soils are predominantly sandy and gravelly. The 2017 season was warm and relatively dry with early ripening; localized spring frost affected some plots but botrytis developed well after early September rains, enabling concentrated, late harvest fruit. Drink now through mid‑century as showcased by its structure and balance.
