白馬 Extra Fine 是款親和力高、好入口的調和威士忌。杯中先是溫潤的麥芽甜、焦糖與香草，隨後帶出一抹輕煙與溫和橡木香。口感圓潤、暖和且層次分明，單寧感來自木桶的細緻烘烤，尾韻中等偏持久。生產上以多款單一麥芽與穀物酒調和，再於舊橡木桶中熟成，保留順口與穩定的風格。建議倒入杯中放置約5–10分鐘讓香氣展開，適合下班小酌或搭濃郁起司、燒烤及黑巧克力一同享用。

A classic blended Scotch from the White Horse stable: approachable, rounded and reliably drinkable. Aromas of malt, light peat smoke and toasted oak open to flavours of toffee, vanilla, honeyed cereal and a hint of earthy spice. The palate is medium-bodied and warming, with a soft oak-driven tannic edge and a balanced, gently lingering finish. Produced by blending selected single malts and grain whiskies and matured in refill oak casks to preserve a supple, everyday character. Best enjoyed neat or with a few minutes’ rest in the glass to let the aromatics bloom. Versatile at the table — pairs well with smoked fish, mature cheeses, grilled meats and dark chocolate.
