品飲筆記：深色而有層次，前段以黑橄欖、黑加侖與些許乾燥香草打開嗅覺，伴隨明顯的火山礦石氣息。口感飽滿，果實濃郁但不厚重，單寧結構堅實有支撐，礦感讓尾韻清晰回甘。

酒莊與田間：來自納帕谷高海拔的山地園，葡萄園多為斜坡與石質土壤，日夜溫差大，結果量偏低，果實濃縮且酸度平衡。酒莊注重分區小批次管理，從田間到酒窖都希望保留原生風土的脈絡。

釀造手法：以小槽分批發酵，控制浸皮強度以取得成熟而結實的單寧，再以新舊橡木適度熟成，讓結構與果味協調。整體釀造方向偏向保存原始礦感與山區的鮮明輪廓。

口感建議：建議醒酒一小時左右，入口先是扎實的黑色果實與鹹香，隨後單寧慢慢收束，吃重口味烤肉或野味會非常合拍。

The palate is full-bodied, concentrated and firmly structured: ripe dark fruit is framed by muscular tannins and a clear mineral edge that lends persistence.

Producer Notes: From a mountain appellation in Napa Valley, this bottling reflects a high-elevation, concentrated style. The team aims for small-lot attention in the cellar to preserve site character and punchy mountain freshness.

Winemaking Notes: Fermented in small batches to capture depth and texture, then matured in a mix of new and seasoned oak to gain structure without overwhelming fruit. Gentle extraction produced ripe tannins that are long and grippy; careful aging lets the mineral notes shine through.
