平安夜又點少得暖笠笠嘅Mulled Wine!
 
Mulled Wine - 熱香料紅酒係傳統聖誕飲品🍷,主要用酸度低、重果香嘅紅酒加埋香料煮成。唔止做法簡單,飲落甜甜地又暖笠笠,今個聖誕大家不防試整下!

材料如下:
1支 ﹏紅酒 (750ml)
1個﹏鮮橙 (切片)
1個﹏檸檬(切片)
2支﹏玉桂條
6粒﹏丁香
2粒﹏八角
2~3 大匙 ﹏蜜糖 (可按喜好調整)

可留少量橙片及玉桂條做裝飾
 🎅🏻
Step 1: 所有材料放入鍋中,以中小火煮至微滾
Step 2: 以小火煮10分鐘
Step 3: 加上裝飾
完成!

Let's spice up this Christmas with some hot mulled wine! This traditional Christmas beverage is super easy to make; check out the ingredients below and get started!

Ingredients:
1 Bottle ﹏Red Wine (750ml)
1 ﹏Orange (Sliced)
1﹏Lemon (Sliced)
2 ﹏ Cinnamon Sticks
6 ﹏Whole Cloves
2 ﹏ Star anise
2~3 Tbsp ﹏Honey (Can be adjusted to your taste)

Save some citrus slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish.
 🎅🏻 
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to simmer but not to boil
Step 2: Simmer for 10 minutes with low heat
Step 3: Decorate the cups with garnish
Ready to serve!
