Domaine Clotilde Davenne, established in 1989 by the talented and determined Clotilde Davenne, is a beacon of purity in the Yonne department of Burgundy. After 17 years as the head oenologist at the renowned Jean-Marc Brocard, Clotilde ventured out to create her own estate, "Les Temps Perdus," in Préhy. Today, her estate spans 30 hectares across Chablis, Saint-Bris, and Irancy, where she meticulously tends to vines that sit upon the region's iconic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils.

Clotilde's winemaking philosophy is rooted in minimal intervention, allowing the unique terroir of each plot to shine through. Her wines are celebrated for their vibrant acidity, crystalline minerality, and precise fruit profiles. From the flinty and elegant Chablis Vieilles Vignes to the aromatic and rare Sauvignon Blanc of Saint-Bris, each bottle reflects Clotilde’s deep connection to the land and her commitment to crafting wines of exceptional character and value.
