The 2020 Domaine de Baron'Arques Limoux Blanc is a crystal-clear wine with green highlights. The refined and elegant nose reveals pear and tropical fruit aromas together with hints of nutmeg and puff pastry. The clean and fresh attack leads into a generous, full-bodied and voluptuous mid-palate on notes of honey and acacia blossom, building to a long, lingering and very harmonious finish. This wine is perfect for pairing with grilled seafood, roast chicken, creamy pasta, and soft cheeses.

Domaine de Baron'Arques is owned by Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The estate is located in Limoux, Languedoc-Roussillon, France. The vineyard experienced a particularly mild and wet winter, followed by a warm and very wet spring, which encouraged vegetation growth and replenished water reserves in the soil. The summer brought very dry weather, leading to an early harvest. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and in excellent condition. The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, with a third of the barrels being new, a third one-vintage, and a third two-vintage.
