Chateau Canon la Gaffeliere is a prestigious winery located in the Saint-Emilion region of Bordeaux, France. Owned by Stephan von Neipperg, the estate spans 19.5 hectares of clay-limestone and clay-sand soils. The vineyard, with an average vine age of 50 years, is meticulously managed to produce high-quality grapes. The winemaking process involves hand-harvesting, careful sorting, and fermentation in temperature-controlled wooden vats. The wine is aged in new oak barrels for 18 months, resulting in a refined and elegant expression of the terroir.
