Producer Notes: Les Demoiselles is a carefully curated cuvée from Château Coutet, a domaine run by David Beaulieu; the wine takes its name from the owner’s aunts who famously avoided pesticides—vineyard practices here lean organic and respectful of the site. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are selected parcel-by-parcel, fermented with attention to preserving aromatic lift and freshness, then matured in French oak which adds spice and structure without overwhelming the fruit.
