The palate is taut and precise, driven by brisk acidity, subtle saline notes and a lingering, stony finish. Producer notes: From the Schieferkopf site under the Michel Chapoutier ownership, the wine expresses a clear sense of place — cool soils and careful vineyard work produce concentrated, terroir-driven fruit. Winemaking notes: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, cool fermentation and careful lees contact preserve freshness and aromatic clarity while adding textural lift.
