Bright, energetic rosé Champagne presenting a lifted bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus peel, threaded with soft floral notes and subtle brioche. The palate is brisk and precise: fine mousse carries vibrant red-fruit and lemony clarity, a touch of saline minerality and a dry, refreshing finish. Crafted by a small grower-producer focused on expressive, terroir-driven wines, this Extra Brut is made with minimal intervention - gentle pressing, limited maceration for colour, and extended time on the lees to build texture and complexity while keeping the overall profile elegant and pure. Serve well-chilled; allow a short ten-minute open time to loosen the aromas. Excellent with shellfish, smoked fish, light fried dishes and berry desserts.
