2003 年靚次伯來自波雅克的暖年,果實豐滿卻不失經典結構。先是黑莓、黑加侖的濃郁果香,慢慢打開雪松、煙草和皮革的成熟氣息,並帶有一絲八角香與摩卡的甘苦調。酒莊採摘以人工分選,採重力與恆溫鋼槽發酵,之後在法國橡木桶中熟成 15 個月(70% 新桶),因此口感飽滿圓潤、單寧成熟但細緻,酸度依然明亮讓整體保持平衡。入口厚實,層次多變,收結悠長。建議醒酒一小時左右,搭配厚切牛排、燒羊腿或陳年硬質起司最合拍。
A classic Pauillac from a warm, powerful vintage, the 2003 Château Lynch‑Bages is opulent and seductive. Aromas of cassis and ripe black fruit are layered with cedar, tobacco, leather and subtle anise, while secondary notes of figs and mocha add complexity. Hand‑harvested and gravity‑fed into thermoregulated steel vats, the wine was matured for 15 months in French oak (70% new), producing a rich, well‑structured palate: plush, ripe tannins balanced by fresh acidity and a concentrated, long finish. Producer tasting notes describe it as superbly ripe and alluring — a Bordeaux with classic structure but generous fruit. Serve slightly below room temperature after 60–90 minutes of decanting to reveal its aromas; pairs splendidly with grilled sirloin, roast lamb, game and mature hard cheeses.
