Tasting note

品飲筆記:色澤深沉,開瓶即有成熟紅果(櫻桃與李子)、甘草與香料的混合氣息,還帶點地中海灌木(garrigue)和淡雅花香。入口飽滿圓潤,酸度活潑提亮整體,單寧緊實但細緻,尾韻悠長。 酒莊與田地:此酒出自佩漢家族位於Coudoulet的葡萄園,地質為米歐世的molasse海床,表層覆有滾礫—這種礫石土壤與Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape極為相似,利於累積熱量與礦物感。家族堅持精細栽培與有機取向,強調土壤表現與果實成熟度。 釀造與年份:2019年屬炎熱但穩定的一年,春季發芽較早,夏季後期溫度高但葡萄園透過洋甘菊等草本照料減輕熱害,成熟修正得宜。葡萄於傳統發酵後在大橡木桶(foudres)中陳釀約六個月,呈現既集中又新鮮的風格。適合即飲或於未來十年內細細品味。

Tasting note: Deep ruby colour with an inviting nose of ripe cherries and plums layered with liquorice, Mediterranean garrigue, pepper and floral lift. On the palate it is full-bodied and concentrated yet balanced by lively acidity; silky, structured tannins lead to a long, complete finish. Producer & vineyard: From Famille Perrin’s Coudoulet site on a Miocene molasse seabed topped with diluvial alpine pebbles—soils closely resembling those of Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape. The Perrins emphasise careful vineyard work and organic practices, producing grapes with ripe intensity and aromatic complexity. Vintage & winemaking: 2019 delivered early budburst and a hot summer; the team used chamomile herbal infusions in the canopy to alleviate heat stress. Fermented and matured in oak foudres for six months, the wine shows both concentration and freshness. Bottled with cork, drinking window c.2023–2033.
