2005 Chateau Lascombes

The 2005 Chateau Lascombes is a testament to the grandeur of Margaux, showcasing a harmonious blend of power and elegance. This wine captivates with its deep color and a nose that whispers of spices, black fruits, and a hint of liquorice, all cradled in the embrace of toasted oak and coffee bean. On the palate, it unfolds with a smooth entry, leading to an explosive display of flavors where the fruit takes center stage, supported by a discreet oak backdrop. The tannins are of the highest class, adding a perfect finish to this opulent vintage. As it matures, the wine promises to reveal a more complex aromatic profile and an even more refined structure.
