荔仙 2005 帶著典型瑪歌的優雅與深度,是一款成熟但仍充滿活力的陳年紅酒。香氣以黑莓、黑加侖與熟櫻桃為主,交織黑松露、香料、菸草與一抹黑巧克力與焦糖的細緻香,層次分明。口感豐滿圓潤,質地綿密如絲,酸度明亮帶來清爽感,單寧細緻而有支撐感。酒莊在田間與釀造上的講究很明顯:手工採摘入小箱、震動篩選、人工與光學分選、無破碎處理並採重力流釀造,最大程度保留果實純淨度。陳年於法國橡木桶(50%新桶、50%二次桶),木香與香料感與果味融為一體,餘韻悠長。配紅肉、帶骨牛排或熟成硬乳酪最佳,開瓶建議醒酒一小時左右以顯現更多細節。

2005 Château Prieuré-Lichine is a classic Margaux from a Fourth Growth estate, showing fully evolved aromas and a ripe yet refined palate. The nose offers concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe cherry layered with truffle, warm spice, tobacco and hints of dark chocolate and caramel. On the palate it is plush and full-bodied with silky texture, bright, refreshing acidity and well-integrated oak (50% new, 50% second-fill) that provides cedar and gentle spice without dominating. Meticulous vineyard and cellar work — hand-harvested into small crates, multiple sorting steps, no crushing and gravity-fed vinification — preserves purity and finesse. Matured in French oak barrels, it displays lifted floral tones and earthy complexity alongside polished tannins and a long, persistent finish. Drink now with up to another decade of development; decant 60–90 minutes for best expression. Ideal with robust beef dishes, game and mature cheeses.

荔仙酒莊歷史悠久,為1855年分級的四級名莊,位於瑪歌名園帶。近年投入大量資源整頓田間與酒窖管理,強調選果、低干預與細緻陳釀。葡萄園坐落於Garonne卵礫石(Günz期)土壤,排水良好、利於成熟與結構。酒莊採手工採收、小箱運送、嚴格機械與人工分選,釀造上採重力流與溫和處理,陳年使用新舊交替的法國橡木桶,使酒既有瑪歌的優雅輪廓,也保有果實純淨與陳年潛力。釀酒師Étienne Charrier與顧問Stéphane Derenoncourt共同塑造了現在的風格。

Château Prieuré-Lichine is a historic Margaux estate classified as a Fourth Growth in the 1855 classification. Over recent decades the domaine has invested heavily in vineyard management and modern cellar techniques under skilled teams, combining classic Margaux elegance with contemporary precision. The estate farms parcels on Günz-area Garonne gravel soils and focuses on meticulous sorting, gentle handling and oak maturation to produce wines that balance finesse, aromatic purity and ageing potential. Winemaker Étienne Charrier and consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt have helped refine its style into a voluptuous yet classic expression of its terroir.
