品飲筆記:1986 年 Delord 雅文邑散發蜜餞與烤橙皮的香氣,焦糖、香草與烘烤堅果的層次豐富。入口圓潤、溫暖且順滑,酸度支撐出清晰的架構,尾韻帶有香料與木質的細緻回甘。 酒莊簡介:Delord 的故事始於 1893 年,創始人以行動蒸餾師起家,世代在家鄉 Lannepax 精進工藝。酒莊同時使用連續與二次蒸餾法,兼顧傳統與細節控制。 釀造與陳放:葡萄分地塊採收、壓榨與發酵,每一步都有溫度控制、沉澱與換槽處理,目標是製造香氣明亮、酸度適中且酒精不高的基酒,利於蒸餾。蒸餾在冬季進行,蒸餾後的生命力在超過千桶及多個橡木槽的酒窖中慢慢沉澱,最老的酒被安放在避光的玻璃壺(Bonbonnes)裡保存。 葡萄園與人員:酒莊管理約 45 公頃、分為 11 塊地,園丁 Rinaldo 全年細心照料,務求每個地塊都能展現風土與成熟度,為蒸餾提供最佳原料。 飲用建議:建議先醒約 20 分鐘,能讓香氣更開展;與黑巧克力、烤堅果或鵝肝同享最為對味。

Tasting note: Rich, polished and warmly spiced — the 1986 Delord Vintage opens with dried apricot, orange peel and marmalade, layered with toffee, vanilla and toasted almond. On the palate it is rounded and silky, carrying baking spices, cedar and a honeyed thread that leads into a long, warming finish. Producer notes: Delord’s story began in 1893 with Prosper Delord, a travelling distiller. The family house remains rooted in Lannepax where generations have refined both continuous and double distillation techniques. Sylvain Delord oversees careful cellar management and blending decisions that respect each vintage’s personality. Winemaking notes: Grapes are harvested, pressed and vinified parcel by parcel with strict temperature control, must settling and racking to yield an aromatic, slightly acid base wine ideal for distillation. Distillation is carried out in winter; the resulting eaux-de-vie are aged in a mix of barrels and oak tanks, with the oldest vintages preserved in bonbonnes away from light. Vineyard notes: The estate farms 45 hectares divided into 11 parcels around Lannepax; meticulous vineyard work year-round ensures healthy fruit and expressive, balanced wines for distillation. This vintage reflects long cellar ageing and careful oak integration.

Delord is a family house founded in 1893. Initially a travelling distillery business, the estate is now based in Lannepax where successive generations have combined continuous and double distillation methods. The cellars hold over a thousand barrels and several oak tanks; the oldest vintages are kept in bonbonnes in a room called Paradise.
