Tasting note: Bright, focused and impeccably balanced — citrus zest and green apple open the glass, folding into white peach and gentle stone-fruit tones. Mid-palate shows a creamy, almost brioche-like texture with toasted hazelnut and discreet oak spice; a clear mineral thread and a saline, persistent finish lift the profile. Producer notes: From the renowned Coche-Dury domaine, this Bourgogne release expresses the house’s precision and restraint: low yields, meticulous sorting and an obsessive attention to detail in cellar work. Winemaking notes: Fermented and raised in French oak barrels with careful élevage on fine lees to build texture and complexity; oak is integrated and supportive rather than overt. Vineyard notes: Sourced from classic Bourgogne sites with limestone-rich soils and favourable exposures that give lift and minerality.
