Tasting note

來自知名莊園的親切托斯卡納款，酒液呈深寶石紅帶紫邊，香氣以成熟紅果為主，夾帶地中海草本、香料與些許菸草的細節。口感柔滑、觸感絲綢般順口，但又有清爽的酸度支撐，讓整體味覺明亮而收斂，尾韻清脆持久。2020 年氣候先暖後熱，採收在保留果香與新鮮度的前提下迅速完成；各批次在不銹鋼小槽分別發酵，完成後於鋼槽做乳酸發酵，接著分別在舊橡木桶與混凝土槽熟成約十個月，追求單寧結構與果味清晰的平衡。輕鬆好飲，也很適合搭配家常或節日餐桌分享。

A welcoming, Mediterranean-leaning Tuscan IGT from Ornellaia with ruby-purple colour and a complex nose of ripe red fruits, scrub herbs, gentle spices and tobacco. The palate is soft and silky yet supported by lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and bright, finishing crisp and persistent. Produced to express both generosity and structure, the 2020 harvest was picked quickly to preserve freshness; fermentations were kept separate in small steel tanks followed by malolactic in steel. The wine spent ten months partly in previously used barriques and partly in concrete to balance tannic support with fruit purity. Ready to enjoy with short decanting but rewarding with food.
