麥卡倫以100%雪莉桶熟成工藝，帶來口感細緻香甜的威士忌，這次酒廠推出的新品「The Macallan Litha」，採用了來自西班牙 赫雷斯-德拉弗龍特拉（Jerez de la Frontera）的雪莉桶進行熟成，當蘇格蘭蒸餾出的新酒，進入西班牙雪莉桶在時間的淬煉後，讓滑順優雅的酒液賦予了更多複雜與多層次的味蕾。
「插畫家 Sija Hong 將兩種文化以畫作詮釋魅力」
中國限定的「The Macallan Litha」包裝是由美國華裔插畫家「Sija Hong」進行繪製，這項藝術作品將表達出兩種不同的力量在第一次相遇時所產生的時刻。設計上藍色與藍色孔雀的部分象徵著蘇格蘭，紅色與紅色的馬象徵著西班牙，然而中間的樹木象徵著將兩種力量結合的核心「雪莉橡木桶」，將完全不同的風格融合在一起，展現「The Macallan Litha」的獨特意境。

品飲筆記：杯中先是亮麗的柑橘皮與橘醬香，緊接著蜂蜜香草、烤果與微微焦香的橡木香氣。入口圓潤飽滿，帶有暖暖的薑香與堅果底韻，收尾以清爽的柑橘餘韻拉長整體層次。生產說明：麥卡倫 Litha 以精選橡木桶與層次熟成著稱，48.6% 的裝瓶酒精讓香氣與口感都更飽滿。釀造工藝：沿用傳統銅壺蒸餾，於精挑的橡木桶中陳年，木頭帶來的香草與烘烤香與果蜜香互相襯托而不搶風頭。田野與環境：原料來自蘇格蘭供應產地，搭配酒廠周邊清冽泉水與濕潤海洋氣候，倉內季節性溫差促進桶內化學變化，累積出豐富香氣與圓潤口感。
Tasting note: Bright citrus peel and orange marmalade open first, followed by honeyed vanilla, baked orchard fruit and toasted oak spice. The palate is rich and creamy with warming ginger and gentle nutty undertones, finishing long with a citrus-edged spice. Producer notes: From The Macallan, Litha (named for midsummer) showcases the distillery’s focus on oak cask selection and layered maturation, bottled at a robust 48.6% ABV to preserve aromatic intensity. Winemaking notes: Crafted in traditional copper pot stills and matured in a carefully selected mix of seasoned oak casks, Litha emphasizes wood influence—vanilla, toasted oak and spice—while keeping fruit and honeyed notes forward. Bottled to retain depth and texture. Vineyard/field notes: Sourced from Scottish supply farms and matured on-site at The Macallan estate, the whisky reflects a cool maritime climate and pure local waters; seasonal temperature variations in the storehouses help build complexity in the casks.
