品飲筆記:2019 普拉德展現飽滿但不厚重的黑色與紅色果實,李子、黑莓帶有一抹松露與辛香的氣息。入口圓潤、口感豐富,單寧細緻而有嚼勁,餘韻帶有可可與礦物感,收尾長而優雅。 酒莊與田地:普拉德位於 Saint-Cibard 的石灰岩高地與坡地之間,約7公頃的葡萄園多為石灰粘土覆蓋於石灰岩基底,排水佳、晝夜溫差助於果香與酸度的保存。酒莊於2000年由 Nicolas Thienpont 入主,強調尊重風土與精細管理。 釀造與陳年:採用整串發酵於混凝土槽,透過踩皮(pigeage)與泵循(pumping-over)均衡萃取,橡木桶陳年約12個月,帶來細緻香料與結構感。這瓶酒建議醒酒45到60分鐘,適合搭配烤紅肉或帶菌菇香的料理。整體風格經典、食物相容性強,適合想找高性價比的波爾多風味者。

Tasting note: Plush and concentrated, the 2019 Chateau La Prade offers a core of ripe dark-plum and blackberry fruit lifted by peppery floral and truffle-like notes. Cocoa and dark chocolate thread through the mid-palate, with fine-grained, chewy tannins and a long, savory finish. Well balanced between ripe fruit and freshness. Producer notes: Château La Prade, purchased by Nicolas Thienpont in 2000, sits in the village of Saint-Cibard. The 7-hectare vineyard benefits from a mix of limestone-clay soils on limestone rock and limestone-clay hillsides, a terroir that gives the wine its mineral backbone and structured richness. Winemaking notes: Fermentation uses whole-berry vats in concrete with regular pigeage and pumping over to extract colour and supple tannins. The wine is matured for 12 months in oak, producing a polished texture and subtle spice from oak integration. Vineyard notes: Vines are planted on a partly limestone plateau and partly hillside aspect, allowing good drainage and ripeness while preserving freshness. Limited production (about 2,300 cases) reflects careful selection and attention to site. Drink now through 2038 for evolving tertiary notes.
