The 2005 Chateau Gloria is a classic expression of Saint-Julien, showcasing a harmonious blend of earthy tobacco, cedar, and red berry notes. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, this wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new, lending a subtle oak influence. The estate, built piece by piece by Henri Martin, is renowned for its meticulous vineyard management and traditional winemaking techniques. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring precision and quality.
