On the palate it is light-to-medium in weight with silky texture, lively acidity and fine-grained tannins that frame a mineral, gently savory finish. Producer notes point to meticulous vineyard work and very low yields, with grapes selected from several parcels to produce an approachable village-style wine with notable precision.
