Tasting note

史密夫拉菲二牌白呈現一種親切又有層次的白酒風格。香氣先是明亮的柑橘皮與檸檬線條，接著有白桃、荔枝與熱帶果香，並帶點細緻的花香與野百里香。口感清爽有彈性，酸度活潑但不尖銳，中段有奶油般的圓潤感，礦物與海味的鹹感為整體帶來一股清脆的骨架。橡木只做細膩襯托（約半數新桶），讓酒體更有厚度而非被蓋過，收尾乾淨、帶香料餘韻。適合搭配海鮮、奶香或淡味烤物，年輕時飲用即可享受它的生氣與鮮明表現。

A refined, medium-bodied oak-aged white from a leading Pessac-Léognan estate. The bouquet opens with bright citrus zest and tropical notes—pineapple, white peach and a hint of lychee—framed by floral elderflower and anise-like wild thyme. On the palate it is clean and energetic: crisp lime and grapefruit acidity meet a saline, stony minerality and a gentle creamy mid-palate from judicious oak ageing. French oak integration is subtle (50% new), adding texture rather than dominance, while the finish is lively, slightly spicy and persistent. Produced in limited volume with meticulous cellar work, this wine offers both immediate appeal and short-term cellaring potential.
