Tasting note

這瓶1988年出自高位礫石坡的杜特莊園,酒體走成熟、圓潤路線,入口先是煙草與雪松的陳年氣息,接著浮現黑加侖與莓果的餘韻,並帶有一抹薄荷與溫和香料。單寧輕柔,口感絲滑,酸度仍在,整體成熟但仍有層次,適合當下即開即飲。 酒莊位處約52公頃的連綿砂礫高地,地形有利排水與日照,間有小溪為葡萄帶來降溫效果,讓果實達到平衡成熟。手工採收並進行精細分級與光學篩選,釀造過程結合混凝土、木桶與不鏽鋼槽,發酵溫控約25°C,浸皮18–28天以穩健萃取。 陳年在法國橡木桶完成(45%新桶),15–17個月的細緻熟成與蛋白澄清,塑造出溫和的橡木香與柔和單寧。建議短時間醒酒(約30分鐘)讓香氣展開,配上帶油花的烤牛排或燉牛肉與熟成乳酪都很合拍。

A mature Margaux from an excellent gravel site, this 1988 Château du Tertre shows classic aged Bordeaux character: tobacco and cedar weave through ripe cassis and a touch of mint, while secondary notes of leather and earth gently emerge. Medium- to light-bodied with soft, rounded texture and light tannins, the wine has supple, silken mid-palate presence and a restrained, slightly fruity finish — best drunk soon as the vintage is well into maturity. Producer notes highlight a single 52-hectare estate sitting on high gravel outcrops with natural drainage and cooling influences, contributing to balanced ripeness and freshness. Hand-harvested fruit is carefully sorted before fermentation. Winemaking combines concrete, oak and stainless-steel vats with thermoregulation; fermentation temperatures around 25°C and extended vatting (18–28 days) give measured extraction. Aging was completed in 100% French oak (45% new) for 15–17 months with regular racking and egg-white fining, lending a refined oak spice and polished tannin profile. Perfect with richer beef dishes or mature cheeses. Light decanting (about 30 minutes) can help the bouquet open, but avoid overly long exposure which may thin delicate mature fruit.
