品飲筆記:清新利落、極乾爽的香檳,先是檸檬皮、青蘋果和細緻白花香撲鼻,隨後出現酵母與烘焙麵包的奶油感。口感有礫石般的礦物與海鹹感,氣泡細緻且持久,酸度亮麗,收結乾淨。 酒莊與生產:愛麗瑪羅賓以傳統瓶內二次發酵工藝聞名,這款酒刻意控制添糖量,展現酒液原始的鮮明輪廓與產地特色,十分適合配餐。 釀造手法:採低溫發酵並長時間與酒泥觸接,瓶陳二次發酵帶來酵母香和奶油感,但整體保有清爽線條;極少添糖,讓酸度與礦物更突出。 葡萄園環境:來自涼爽、排水良好的園地,礫石與白堊土壤賦予酒體以礦質感與緊緻結構。葡萄園管理以控產與維持果實均衡為主,讓酒款呈現優雅而有張力的果香。 品飲建議:冰鎮後直接飲用即可,不必醒酒;若希望香氣更開,可在開瓶後等候十分鐘再享用。

Producer notes: Crafted by Champagne Elemart Robion using traditional method vinification, this bottling emphasizes freshness and terroir clarity. The Extra Brut dosage keeps the wine lithe and food-friendly while allowing natural acidity and minerality to take centre stage. Winemaking notes: Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with extended lees contact to develop autolytic complexity. Secondary fermentation in bottle and careful ageing on lees contribute to toasty brioche aromas and a creamy mousse. Minimal dosage preserves a crisp, linear profile. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from cool, well-drained plots in Champagne where soils lend a stony, chalk-driven character.
