品飲筆記:酒液呈現淺金色,細緻氣泡持續上升;前調帶有檸檬皮、青蘋果和白肉水果的清新香氣,後段隱現烘焙麵包與杏仁的香甜。口感鮮脆,氣泡綿密,入口先是活潑的酸度推動果味,接著化為柔滑的中段,帶出礦物與一絲鹹感,收尾乾淨而持久。生產與釀造:家族經營的香檳作坊秉持傳統瓶中二次發酵工藝,使用低劑量 Brut 配方,於不鏽鋼桶控溫發酵並保留清晰果性與礦質感。葡萄園環境:嚴選特級園果實,冷涼氣候與白堊/石灰質土壤賦予酒款緊緻酸度和礦物張力。建議冰鎮飲用,無論作為開胃酒或搭配細緻海鮮、清爽前菜都相當合適。
Tasting note: Bright pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white-fleshed stone fruit are joined by delicate brioche and toasted almond notes. On the palate it is crisp and focused — citrus-driven with a creamy mid-palate, lively acidity and a saline mineral streak that carries through to a long, clean finish. Producer & winemaking: From a family-run Champagne house that assembles Grand Cru parcels into a classic 60/40 blend. Made by the Traditional Method with secondary fermentation in bottle, stainless-steel maturation and a low Brut dosage for a dry, terroir-driven profile. Vineyard notes: Fruit is selected from Grand Cru sites with cool-climate balance and chalky soils that give the wine its tension and minerality. Best served well-chilled as an aperitif or alongside delicate seafood and light savoury dishes.
