A refined Highland single malt matured for 18 years, offering a polished nose of orchard fruits and citrus zest woven with honeyed vanilla and gentle oak spice. On the palate it is silky and layered — toffee, dried stone fruit and warm baking spices unfold alongside creamy vanilla and a subtle nuttiness. The finish is long and warming, framed by oak and lingering sweet spice. Produced at Fettercairn Distillery using traditional copper pot stills and unique worm-tub condensers, this expression sees extended ageing in a balanced selection of oak casks to develop its rounded texture and complex aromatic profile. Serve neat or with a few drops of water; allow about 15 minutes to open up for best expression.
