Rooster Rojo Tequila Añejo presents a polished, oak-driven profile typical of an aged tequila. Aromas of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch lead into baked orchard fruit and a hint of toasted almond. On the palate the spirit is full-bodied and rounded, with warm baking spices, gentle smoke and a lingering oak-driven finish. Produced under Fábrica de Tequilas Finos and bottled under the Rooster Rojo label in Jalisco, this Añejo is made from mature field-grown hearts, slow-cooked and traditionally double-distilled before ageing in oak barrels for an extended period. The result is a refined sipping spirit: serve neat or after 10–20 minutes of rest in a tulip glass to open the aromatics. Matches beautifully with rich, savory dishes and chocolate-forward desserts.
