The 2023 Valli Pisa Pinot Noir is a captivating expression of Central Otago's unique terroir. This medium-bodied wine greets you with aromas of cherry, blackberry, and a hint of thyme, complemented by layers of cinnamon, nutmeg, and liquorice. Crafted from Highgrange Vineyard fruit, this wine was fermented with 25% whole bunches and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new.
