Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒色深沉,先是黑莓、黑醋栗與李子香,隨後散出烘焙咖啡、黑巧克力與微煙燻、香草橡木的層次。入口飽滿,果實濃郁但不失鮮明酸度,單寧結實有彈性,收尾耐嚼且回味悠長。 酒莊介紹:拉圖嘉利為波爾多梅多克列級酒莊,現為 Bernard Magrez 系列中的一員,向來追求力量與優雅的平衡。2016 年份在結構上很有耐陳潛力,同時魔吸在醒酒後就能展現風味。 釀造工藝:採摘後先在田間初篩,再以振動篩台人工選果;使用高速去梗與重力分選,並以低溫液氮隧道降溫。採重力流轉入小型橡木與混凝土發酵槽,裝桶前有 8°C 的低溫浸皮,整個發酵保有較低溫度並以人工踩皮(pigeage)輕柔處理。窖藏 16 個月,30% 新桶陳年,讓香氣與單寧能和諧融合。 葡萄園與風土:植於黏土-石灰與礫沙混合土壤,土壤結構帶來良好的排水與礦物感,使酒體既有濃郁果味又帶下方的支撐力。整體口感適合搭配紅肉或熟成起司,家常或正式料理都能相得益彰。

Tasting note: Deep ruby with concentrated aromas of blackberry, black currant and plum, layered with roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a lick of smoke and vanilla oak. On the palate it shows ripe, dense fruit, firm yet polished tannins and fresh acidity that keeps the profile lively; the finish is long and slightly chewy. Producer notes: Château La Tour Carnet, a classified growth in the Haut-Médoc and part of the Bernard Magrez portfolio, crafts wines that balance power and finesse. This vintage is built for ageing yet approachable with some time in the glass. Winemaking: Fruit is hand-sorted in the vineyard and again on a vibrating table, followed by high-frequency de-stemming and densimetric berry selection. Grapes are cooled in a cryogenic tunnel, gravity-transferred to small oak and concrete vats, with a pre-fermentation cold soak at 8°C and gentle, manual pigeages. Alcoholic fermentations are kept relatively cool (around 28°C). Ageing lasts 16 months in barrels, 30% of which are new. Vineyard: Planted on clay-limestone and gravely-sandy soils in the Haut-Médoc, the estate’s parcels deliver concentration and mineral grip that underpin the wine’s structure. This is a classic Médoc showing both richness and a firm backbone.
