這瓶 2009 年的名莊之作,展現濃郁而精緻的雙重性。開瓶首先是紫羅蘭與成熟黑果的花香與果香,逐漸轉為甘草、烘焙咖啡、黑巧克力與香料的層次。口感飽滿、質地油潤,單寧豐富卻圓潤,包裹感佳,餘韻悠長帶有焦糖與薄荷般的清新感。釀造上採分地塊小批次發酵、溫控不鏽鋼槽並以重力搬運入桶,桶陳約 18 個月並以蛋清澄清,保留果實純度與細緻結構。葡萄園位於砂礫與黏土混合的梯地,2009 年夏季炎熱乾爽、晝夜溫差大,造就了成熟且帶明亮酸度的果實。語氣輕鬆一點:這是一款既可立即分享、也能放著慢慢賞味的優雅酒款,搭配烤牛肉或熟成起司特別迷人。

A classic Margaux from the prestigious 2009 vintage, this bottling shows opulence balanced by precision. Aromas of violet and ripe dark fruit evolve into blackcurrant, blackberry and quince with subtle notes of licorice, cedar and coffee. The palate is ample and full-bodied, richly textured with plush, coated tannins and a velvety mouthfeel developed during 18 months in French oak. Winemaking follows parcel-by-parcel vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel, gravity transfers and gentle fining with egg whites in barrel. Vineyards sit on clay–gravel and sandy-clay terraces; harvest took place between 2 September and 11 October in a hot, dry summer with cool nights. Owned by Chanel and classified 2ème Grand Cru Classé, the estate produces wines that combine ripe generosity with a refined spine. Drink now with 1–2 hours in a decanter or cellar for further integration over the next decades.

Chateau Rauzan-Segla is a Second Growth (2ème Grand Cru Classé) estate in Margaux, long admired for wines that marry structure with aromatic finesse. Now owned by Chanel, the property benefits from meticulous viticulture on clay–gravel terraces and careful, parcel-based vinification. The 2009 reflects the estate's focus on balance: opulent fruit framed by refined oak and freshness.
