Aberfeldy 坐落於蘇格蘭伯斯郡高地，自 1898 年以傳統工藝釀造，以溫暖蜂蜜甜香、柔滑酒體與明亮果香聞名。酒廠取水自 Pitilie Burn，這條溪流以含有天然沖積金而聞名，也成為「Golden Dram」美譽的靈感來源。

Nestled in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, Aberfeldy has crafted whisky with time-honoured methods since 1898. Its hallmark is a honeyed sweetness, silky texture, and bright fruit character. Water drawn from the Pitilie Burn—known for natural alluvial gold—helped inspire the name “Golden Dram.”

較長的發酵時間讓酵母孕育更多香氣酯類，再配合高聳銅製蒸餾器與優質橡木桶熟成，塑造出細緻、圓潤而親和的高地風格。這種柔和甜美的骨架，也令 Aberfeldy 成為 Dewar’s 調和威士忌的重要 Heart Malt。

Longer fermentation encourages richer flavour-bearing esters, while tall copper stills and carefully selected oak casks shape a delicate, rounded, approachable Highland style. This gentle honeyed backbone also makes Aberfeldy an important heart malt in Dewar’s blended Scotch.
