The palate is medium–full, delivering concentrated dark-fruit flavours, saline minerality and firm but mature tannins that give structure without overpowering. Acidity keeps the wine lively and the finish lingers with peppery spice and subtle oak. Producer notes: Produced by Chateaux Solidaires under the Montfollet label, this bottling aims to express the character of Blaye’s limestone and gravel soils in an approachable, food-friendly style.
