品飲筆記:果香鮮明,帶有甜櫻桃與紅莓,夾著乾草本與溫和香料,尾韻有細緻胡椒感。口感紮實,中心果肉飽滿,單寧精細而有支撐力。 酒莊與田間:唐瓊老莊園由 Marie José 與 Lucien Michel 經營,十四公頃葡萄園採有機栽培,土質與南羅訥的溫暖氣候賦予成熟果實與地中海香氣。 釀造要點:先於水泥罐中熟成 6 個月,接著在大型木桶(foudres)中約陳放 12 個月;輕度橡木使用,保留果味張力與溫潤質地。 飲用建議:年輕飲用前建議醒酒約 60 分鐘,可與烤羊肉、燉煮野味、香料濃郁的北非或印度料理,以及陳年硬質起司一同享用。

Tasting Note: Bright, energetic and well crafted — aromas of sweet cherries, red berries and dried herbs give way to gentle spice and a long peppery finish. Medium–to–full bodied with a juicy core and fine yet firm tannins that frame the palate. Producer Notes: Made by Le Vieux Donjon under the stewardship of Marie José and Lucien Michel, the domaine emphasises organic viticulture across its holdings. Winemaking Notes: Fruit is fermented and rested 6 months in cement tanks before spending roughly 12 months in large foudres; maturation is lightly oaked, producing texture without heavy oak influence. Vineyard Notes: The estate farms fourteen hectares organically; soils and a warm southern Rhône climate lend ripe fruit concentration balanced by herbaceous, garrigue-like notes. Serving: Decant for about 60 minutes if young. Best drinking window 2029–2040. Pairs superbly with roasted lamb, braised game, spiced tagines and aged cheeses.
