Bright and inviting from the first pour, this Morey‑Saint‑Denis blanc shows lemon zest, green apple and white floral aromas lifted by a fine saline minerality. On the palate it is creamy and refined — subtle buttery notes and toasted hazelnut from barrel aging sit alongside lively acidity that keeps the wine focused. Barrel fermentation with careful élevage on the lees adds texture and depth without overpowering the site expression. Ideal with richer poultry dishes, creamy seafood or a plateau of semi‑firm cheeses.
