品飲筆記：杯中先是鮮明的紅果——櫻桃與覆盆子，接著浮現玫瑰花瓣的細緻香氣，還有一抹潮土與礦石感。口感圓潤而帶彈性，酸度清晰支撐整體結構，單寧細緻滑順，尾韻帶些辛香與礦感，餘味悠長。 酒莊風貌：羅倫荷曼（Laurent Roumier）以表現產區風土為核心，酒款講求優雅與精緻，量少而注重質量。這款一級園出自村內緊鄰好風土的小田塊，目標是把地方香氣與平衡帶出來。 釀造概述：人工採收後採用溫和發酵與輕柔浸皮，保存香氣與活潑酸度。陳釀在法國橡木桶中進行，以提供結構與層次，但不蓋過田地原味，整體處理細膩，讓風土感更明顯。 葡萄園與口感：園地多為石灰岩與粘土混合土壤，排水良好，使果實成熟均衡而帶礦質感。酒在口中有良好張力與延展性，入口柔和、中心飽滿，尾韻慢慢展開，非常適合細細品味或搭配經典法式與獵物料理。

Fruit is selected from well-sited parcels in Chambolle-Musigny, with an emphasis on balance and finesse.
